Goals feature is to keep you motivated by giving you a clear target to work toward.
- Log in to your Fitty account and open the Dashboard.
- Go to Goals by selecting Goals on the left sidebar.
- Click the Add + button at the top to create a new goal.
- Fill out the necessary fields: What’s your fitness goal, Timeframe, and Type.
- Add any optional information if needed.
- Click Save to add the goal to your list.
If you choose Weeks
When selecting Weeks as your goal type, a Start Date is required. The End Date will be automatically determined based on the number of weeks entered, so entering it manually is not necessary.
If you choose Months
When selecting Months as your goal type, a Start Date is also required. The End Date is optional, as the system can track duration based on the number of months you set.
